  • Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Lucidcharts, Smartsheets, and BI reporting for data analysis, testing (UAT, BAT, SIT), and managing Agile and Waterfall project lifecycles.
  • Strong background in leading teams, facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and delivering project documentation for successful system integrations and process standardizations.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, Oracle) and eCommerce tools (EDI, B2B, Supplier Portals), with a focus on process optimization, risk management, and compliance.
  • Extensive experience at Google, Cisco, and other companies managing business analysis, requirements gathering, and project management, including SAP S/4 Hana implementations and feature enhancements.
